I don't have a credit card. How can I sign up for the course?

That's unusual, but it may be that the email has bounced or been mistakenly intercepted by your spam filters. Click here to use the Contact Form to let us know, being sure to give us the exact name and email address you used to order the course. Please also include your email receipt if you have one, and if you used PayPal, include your PayPal email address as well.

I forgot (or lost) my course password.

My course password doesn't work.
Make sure you're typing your username and password correctly — with exactly the same capitalization (or none) you used to set them up originally. Also, no spaces before or after the codes. (Check this — it happens a LOT!) Copy-and-paste the codes rather than typing them and check the little box to let your browser remember your codes.
It may also be that your web browser's "security settings" are set higher than "medium." If that's the case you'll find many of your passwords suddenly not working.
To fix this in Microsoft Internet Explorer, click "Tools" > "Internet Options" > "Security" tab > "Custom Level" button. Make sure the little box at the bottom says "Medium." If it's "High," your passcodes will NOT work.
If neither of these "fixes" works, click here to request a new password.

Last, but not least, make sure you're not trying to log into the Course site with your Forum or Affiliate Program passcodes.

How do I cancel my billing?
If you chose the "every 30 days" billing option and are paying via PayPal, simply log into your PayPal account and cancel your subscription there.
If you used the credit/debit card option, click here to use the Contact Form. You'll need to give us at least 24 hours notice BEFORE your next scheduled billing (and if it's scheduled for a weekend or holiday, we'll need to know 24 hours before the weekend or holiday begins). You'll receive an email confirmation of the cancellation right away. Important: If you don't receive confirmation of the cancellation, it means we have NOT received your cancellation message.
